WEBINAR: Beyond borders: The global policy forces transforming pharma pricing and market access – VIEW ON DEMAND

Navigating global versus local access is becoming increasingly complex as new US and European policies impact market entry, indication prioritization, and evidence requirements for regulatory and commercial approvals. Developments like Most-Favored Nation (MFN) agreements, the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), and Joint Clinical Assessment (JCA) add pressure for earlier alignment of clinical and commercial evidence. Market access teams face rising challenges in adapting to these shifts. This webinar will examine the strategic effects of evolving global policies on pricing transparency, launch strategies, and patient access, and discuss the implications of a more interconnected market access environment for global healthcare and patient equity.
