Iris Telehealth and Holmusk collaboration aims to improve mental health outcomes through AI and real-world evidence

A new partnership between Iris Telehealth and Holmusk combines real-world data (RWD) with AI-powered analytics to support value-based care and improve mental health outcomes across local healthcare markets.
The collaboration will integrate Holmusk’s NeuroBlu platform with Iris Insights, the business intelligence system used by Iris Telehealth. The combined solution aims to provide healthcare organizations with greater visibility into population needs, patient risk, and program outcomes. Actionable insights delivered through an intuitive dashboard are also intended to support evidence-based improvements in behavioral health services.
The partnership comes at a time when healthcare systems across the US are managing rising demand for mental health services, clinician shortages, and increasing expectations for measurable outcomes. In response, the collaboration will focus on developing and evaluating programs that demonstrate improved clinical outcomes and measurable value for healthcare organizations. A key feature will be enhanced predictive modeling, powered by AI and natural language processing applied to comprehensive mental health datasets.
"This partnership with Holmusk represents a significant leap forward in our mission to transform behavioral healthcare delivery," said Andy Flanagan, CEO of Iris Telehealth. "We're empowering healthcare organizations with the real-world evidence and analytics they need to make informed decisions, improve patient outcomes, and build truly sustainable behavioral health programs."
Holmusk’s NeuroBlu platform will provide the analytical foundation for these capabilities. It combines one of the largest behavioral health databases with advanced AI-driven analytics and digital solutions designed to support innovation in both behavioral health research and clinical practice.
"This partnership brings together two complementary strengths - deep data science capabilities and direct clinical delivery - to drive meaningful innovation in behavioral health," said Nawal Roy, CEO at Holmusk.
By providing localized insights and supporting data-informed approaches to care, the partnership is intended to help health systems enhance behavioral health services and address evolving population needs.
