Fragmented datasets hide critical insights, from missed clinical events to incomplete treatment patterns. In this webinar, learn how integrating claims, EMR, biomarker, SDOH, and unstructured clinical data can reveal the full patient journey and elevate the quality of your real world evidence.

Real world data is rarely complete. Patients move between specialists, data systems don’t talk to each other, and large portions of the clinical record remain unstructured or inconsistently captured. The result? Evidence gaps that make it harder to understand disease progression, identify treatment drivers, or support confident decision making.

In this session, experts from Cardinal Health will walk through how advanced data extraction, intelligent linkage, and AI enabled curation can overcome fragmentation.

What you will learn

  • How to uncover insights your current datasets are missing by resolving fragmentation across claims, EMR, and unstructured notes.

  • How advanced extraction and curation techniques recover nuanced clinical details that often go unrecorded in structured fields.

  • How linked, interoperable datasets enable a complete and unified view of the patient journey, improving evidence quality.

  • How to apply these methods across oncology and other therapeutic areas to accelerate stronger RWE and support clinical and commercial strategy.
