Navidence and Komodo Health have partnered to integrate Navidence’s Navigate Lists into Marmot, providing users of the healthcare analytics platform with code lists and value sets for defining clinical concepts and identifying patient populations and outcomes in real-world data (RWD). According to the companies, the integration is intended to support greater consistency and transparency in how these definitions are applied in analysis.

Navigate Lists provides a library of code lists and value sets used to define and operationalize clinical concepts, which Navidence describes as undergoing clinical and programmatic validation. In RWD studies, code-based definitions can be used to specify diseases, treatments, outcomes, and patient populations within healthcare datasets.

Through the integration, these resources will be available within Marmot, Komodo Health's AI-powered healthcare analytics platform. According to the companies, embedding the definitions directly into the platform is intended to reduce some of the manual work associated with translating research questions into analytical workflows and support consistent application and traceability of definitions.
