BEKhealth, Innovo Research, and RTI Health Solutions expand collaboration to strengthen real-world data generation and evidence quality 

BEKhealth has announced a partnership with Innovo Research and RTI Health Solutions to support the generation and use of community-sourced real-world data (RWD). The initiative is intended to improve the quality, representativeness, and timeliness of real-world evidence (RWE) used in research, healthcare decision-making, and patient care. 

The collaboration combines BEKhealth’s AI-enabled data platform with Innovo’s physician-led research network and RTI Health Solutions’ expertise in observational research. Through the partnership, the organizations aim to generate longitudinal RWD that reflects real-world clinical practice and supports evidence generation for the life sciences and healthcare sectors. 

Innovo Research’s clinically integrated network comprises 14 multi-specialty practices and health systems across eight US states, serving more than 6 million patients. Through direct connections to electronic health records (EHRs) from community-based providers, the partnership is designed to produce near real-time data that captures a broad range of patient experiences and clinical settings.

A key feature of the collaboration is the dual-use capability of BEKhealth’s platform, which supports both patient identification for clinical trials and the creation of longitudinal, research-grade datasets for retrospective and prospective studies. The platform’s AI-powered chart abstraction system captures endpoints from clinician notes and unstructured documents with 96.62% entity-level accuracy, contributing to data quality and consistency. 

Innovo Research’s approach focuses on embedding research within clinical practice and population health workflows to ensure that studies are informed by real-world patient experiences. “Working with BEKhealth and RTI Health Solutions ensures that insights from community physician practices, reflecting the diversity of everyday patients, directly shape study design, enrollment, and outcomes research,” said Jeff James, Co-founder and CEO of Innovo Research.

BEKhealth recently completed a $5 million financing round to expand its data infrastructure and support the development of real-time clinical insights for research and evidence generation. The investment will contribute to the company’s broader objective of improving access to high-quality medical data and supporting evidence-based research across healthcare and life sciences.
